University of Leicester
Великобритания
Добавлен 22 май 2008
The University of Leicester was founded a hundred years ago in the aftermath of the Great War. The men and women who built this new institution hoped that it would be not only a living memorial to the darkness of their recent past, but a beacon of hope for the future. Their aim was that sacrifices made in war should be commemorated through education and research that would change the world for the better.
Today our University is a lively, energetic and global community, in which dedicated and talented people are anticipating, working towards and helping to shape the future.
We are committed both to undertaking research that saves, improves and enriches lives, and to fostering a teaching and learning environment that transforms the prospects of our students and those they will go on to influence.

I do love archaeology, and also please explain to me why they talk about how fragile the coffin is, but then you have one of the archaeologists kneeling on top of the coffin?
2:10 That backtattoo is sick! 🔥
The hole in the back of the head is similar to what happens when someone is beheaded. The axe when it comes down doesn't always hit the back of the neck dead on and slices a piece off the base of the skull off
Really beautiful
Why does England give such little value to its own historical artefacts?? On the Time Team they deal with incredibly important historical things that have been ploughed through and no rights to protect them like the UK was some third world country! History paved over knowingly!!
Sir David is going to Heaven 😊🥰
So, do you all assume historical are correct and not BS-ed? Blah blah blah.
STOP THE ISLAMISATION WHICH STARTS AT THIS FAKE UNIVERSITIES. ALL THESE LEFTIST MUSLIM LOVERS HAVE WASTED WHOLE ENGLAND. STAND UP AGAINST THE MISOGYNI AND DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WHITES AND TAKE YOUR OCCUPIED LAND BACK
Thumbnail looks like a corpse 😂
There is so many misconceptions about Richard its madness. I for one I think he never killed the two boys' in the tower I was probably someone in the Tudor faction. So many lies against Richard.
those tiny molars are interesting. is that its own condition? like seriously those last molars are like the size of bicuspids or something.
Her eyes smiled when she mentioned stabbing or ripping the guts out.
4:01 my internal monologue going through brambles (probably won’t relate to some)
The biggest surprise to me was that he actually had a skeletal deformity since it was long suspected that was an exaggeration by the Tudors to make him more villainous.
I'd never heard of this. Richard gets all the press.
Darn they tore his a$$ up..his poor head
Love u Richard ❤
I have King Richard III.He is my first cousin 16x removed. How can I check my DNA against his???
Flipping wow!!😎🧐👍
😊😊😊
Thanks for "Simon In The Land Of Chalk Drawings!"
Qué bien se escucha cada cuerda.
He absorbed a terrible series of blows. I wonder what the sequence of wounds was. A brave warrior.
What a load of crap. Of course there will be tangential links between property and slavery in the colonial era! But it's far from being the only side of the story. What about the taxes paid by the owners of these houses which probably went to helping the abolition of slavery, the building of schools, hospitals and infrastructure around the empire, and the good deeds they did in the UK itself? You are haunted by the bias of left wing academia. You study an ideology, not an academic subject.
Very proud of Karen Mae, as an Antiguan and as an alumna of the Antigua Girls High School! ❤👏🏾👏🏾

What an awesome storyline this could be in a future Star Wars movie, a gold and tellurium rich planet near the galactic centre where the gold ores are tellurium based and the affinity of these two elements is further used for gold's extraction. The chemistry would have a very rich human suffering terrible tellurium breath after doing business on such a planet. Can a girl's hypergamy override the smell of a rotting corpse if her tellurium bearing partner has acquired ownership of an entire galactic arm I wonder...?!
"You can stab them through the heart, you can rip their guts out," she says, looking so serene.
Yes,it gave me chills when she said that.
Congratulations! Well done . You continue to serve your country with distinction and inspire both women and men to reach for the stars. God bless you.
that's very interesting. thank you!
Goddess, whouw
The princes in the tower. No respect for Richie 3

ODP??? 🤔🤔🤔🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Meanwhile all the kids cry while i examine them 😢
so much for the concept of ... RIP.
To take this to a hospital is disgusting. So much viruses and bacteria floating around.
So much for 'rest in peace'. DO NOT DISTURB THE DEAD.
Organist pushes the tempo the whole time. Not very sensitive to the soloist
Thumbs down for screwing over Phillipa Langley.
Karen, I am so proud of you. Keep pushing and excelling. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
What I'd like to know is by what right do you get to disturb, let alone disinter, someone buried in church or former church ground/cemetery? Is there some sort of statute of limitations in Great Britain regarding how long one's formal burial must be respected? Or is it that there is an archeological disease rampant in Britain, such that everything buried must be dug up? If so, then what is this nonsense about respecting Titanic's wreckage site, or the wrecks of especially British warships, or scared Indian burial grounds, etc., etc.? Is there no limit to this "Inquiring minds would like to know." BS?
Much Congratulations. Much deserved 👌🏾🤛🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️🇦🇬🇦🇬🇦🇬
Alot of them were victims of ray guns.
Im surprised there werent more ray gun strike damage
